Let’s talk 4H!

Being a 4H leader is one of my favorite hobbies and I've now been in 4H longer than my sons--17 years under my belt. Our county fair just ended and it was just great, as usual. I'm always inspired by the beautiful projects completed by 4H members, and in fact, after last year's fair I signed up for a quilting class because I was so impressed by the members' quilt projects. Since that time, I've completed two children's quilts, I've joined 'The Clothesline Club' where we meet quarterly to work with retro fabrics and patterns, I completed a paper-piecing class so I could work on the bridal quilt that participants will complete in three years (no kidding), and I got hooked on the 'barn' quilt blocks introduced in the paper-piecing class, so.....Thanks, 4Hers for getting me into yet another hobby!
